Booking & Deposits

Q: How do I book a space?
A: Bookings are made through the Creative Hours platform. Select your date, event type, and submit your 50% deposit to secure your reservation.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a 50% deposit of your total booking fee is required to confirm your date.

Q: How is payment processed?
A: Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or PayPal are accepted. 

Q: Do I need insurance?
A: Yes, small business liability insurance is required for all events. Proof of insurance must be submitted before your booking date.

Space & Capacity

Q: How many people can your space hold?
A: Maximum capacity depends on the type of event:

  • Pop-Ups, Markets, Screenings: 90 people

  • Workshops / Seated Events: 50 people

  • Photoshoots / Content Creation: up to 20 people (depending on setup)

Q: What fixtures and amenities are included?
A: Our space includes:

  • 2 six-foot tables

  • 8 chairs

  • Stainless steel prep table

  • 2 clothing racks

  • Wi-Fi access

Q: Can I bring additional furniture or equipment?
A: Yes! You may bring extra items as long as they comply with venue safety rules and do not damage the space.

Rules & Guidelines

Q: Are there rules I need to follow?
A: Yes. Please respect the space and neighbors. No smoking, no illegal activities, and clean up after your event. Cooking is not allowed inside the space.

Q: Can I have food vendors or catering at my event?
A: Yes, outside vendors are allowed, but they must have a valid license to operate and carry their own insurance.

Q: Can I rearrange the space?
A: Yes! We encourage creativity. If you’d like help with layout or design, our optional consultation service is available.

Cancellations & Changes

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel at least 14 days before your booking date, you may reschedule for a future date within 6 months. Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Q: Can I change my booking date?
A: Yes, you may reschedule up to 2 weeks before your event date, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to request a change.
